Fisiología del gusto by Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin is one of the most iconic works on the art of eating, drinking, and gastronomy in general.
This project as a tribute, in the form of a contemporary replica, was born from the conversations between Ferran Adrià and Luis Racionero.
Layout and cover design.
The objective of the project was to replicate the honored book as much as possible, which is why the design of the publication has a vintage air.
